Maritsa joined Personal Express Insurance in 2016. She grew up in Tulare, CA, and has lived in the Central Valley all her life. She has worked in the insurance industry for more than 15 years, both as an agent and an owner of an insurance agency.

Before beginning her career in insurance, Maritsa attended the College of The Sequoias Police Academy. She has also served as Vice Mayor for the City of Tulare for several years. As Underwriting Manager for the offices in Fresno, Clovis, and Visalia, Maritsa is proud to work for Personal Express and act as a steward in her community.
