Carlen brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to Personal Express Insurance. She grew up in nearby El Dorado County where she owned and operated her own insurance agency for 24 years. Carlen hopes that her expertise and vast knowledge of the Greater Sacramento Area will not only help expand Personal Express’ footprint in NorCal but empower customers to grow and prosper.
