Kyndell, a Sacramento-area native, has worked in the insurance industry since 2003 and joined Personal Express Insurance in 2017. She was licensed in 2008 and offers a great deal of knowledge of personal lines insurance. Kyndell enjoys working one-on-one with her customers and helping them understand the products they are purchasing.
