Regina joined Personal Express Insurance in 2018. She recently moved back to the Central Valley after spending several years in San Diego, where she attended San Diego State University. Regina has more 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Her favorite part of serving local clients is providing excellent service and top-of-the-line coverage according to each person’s unique needs. Outside of work, Regina enjoys reading, hiking, exercising, and spending time with her family.
