Ruby is an Accounting Specialist who has been a part of the Personal Express Insurance team since 2016, initially as an Agent and Underwriter. She and her family relocated to Bakersfield in 2015, trading the fast-paced lifestyle of Los Angeles for Bakersfield’s tight-knit, family-friendly community.

Ruby has worked in the insurance industry since 2003, having held management positions in accounting, community event coordinating, and customer service. She has also been an active member with the Latin American Agents Association, where she helped to organize educational training events for Hispanic brokers and agents, as well as its annual trade shows. Ruby enjoys working for a company that was established locally in Bakersfield because it offers a personalized experience that larger companies often lack.
